The website targets homeowners, real estate professionals, and government officials. This paper discusses the approach we took to identify and overcome barriers teachers experienced in using our stream monitoring educational activities. The paper also includes results from our assessment of the resulting lesson plans. We found a significant gain in student knowledge for all 5 of the lesson plans tested.
