Meeting
a community goal requires broad citizen support for agency
or community goals.
Citizens know how they
can individually contribute to the goal or how their group
can help make a difference.
Evaluate
citizen perception of quality, fairness, and effectiveness
of community participation and involvement opportunities
(citizen participation).
Use teaching
techniques to build skills among all people who share
responsibility for some aspect of this activity (policy
makers, supervisors, resource managers and groups).
Assist those responsible to revise
and adapt communication
or training activities in response to findings.
