Planning and Holding Meetings with Results

Debrief the meeting with the leaders (e.g.,
how did it go, did we accomplish what we wanted
to, are there any concerns)

Thank you notes, if appropriate

Follow through on your assignments (e.g., mail
material, call someone)

Follow-up with other people's assignments (e.g.
reserve a room, draft a document)

Put into final form the meeting notes/minutes
(e.g., copy of flip charts, decisions made, action
items, next meeting)

Contact people who missed the meeting so they
are up to speed for the next meeting
